March 21, 2022 COVID-19 Update: Masks are no longer mandatory to attend a course, but you’re welcome to wear one if you’d like. Furthermore, please DO NOT attend a course if you are not feeling 100%, or have traveled abroad and have not completed a 14 day quarantine, or if you have been in close proximity to someone who has been in quarantine or has tested positive for COVID-19.
At Bent Safety Courses we offer outstanding Firearms Safety and Hunter Education training in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are professional instructors in Ontario who are appointed and certified by the Chief Firearms Office and the Firearms Safety Education of Ontario to teach and examine the Canadian Firearm Safety Course (CFSC), and the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC). We are also certified by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources in partnership with the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters to teach and examine the Ontario Hunter Education Program.
| We take great pride in delivering first class training sessions to beginners or experienced shooters at all levels of experience. Our Hunter Education courses are delivered by Walter Bent and Russell Bent, both of whom have been lifelong hunters with more than 70 years of combined hunting experience using both firearms and archery equipment. |  |
Our main goal at Bent Safety Courses to develop safe firearms handling and hunting skills for students who need a Possession and Acquisition (PAL) license for sporting or work related reasons or for those who want to get out and enjoy the great sport of hunting, one of Canada's greatest and oldest traditions.
